Quarq was founded in 2006 out of a need for an accurate and affordable power meter, leading to the launch of its first product in 2008. Acquired by SRAM in 2011, Quarq revolutionized cycling with the SRAM RED Quarq Power Meter, the first power meter integrated into a groupset. Expanding beyond power meters, Quarq developed advanced cycling sensors, including Qollecter for GPS tracking, ShockWiz for suspension tuning, and TyreWiz for tire pressure monitoring. Today, Quarq continues to innovate, designing digital technology solutions that empower cyclists of all levels.
