Refund Policy

InGear Outfitters Return Policy

At InGear Outfitters, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ingearoutfitters.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll quickly assess the situation and work to resolve it.

 

Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. To get the item you want, you’ll need to return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds
After we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take some time to post the refund.
