The LED lights can be set in two different ways, flashing and constantly on. Perfect for a variety of outdoor uses from running, walking, taking the dog out, to horseback riding, biking etc. The armband is made of soft neoprene which makes it feel comfortable during a workout. The armband includes 2 batteries (CR2023). These batteries can be changed and can be bought separately. The batteries run for 100 hours when flashing and 70 hours when the LED is constantly on.
